Underpinning everything we do is our commitment to technical excellence and quality. We have invested in state of the art machinery and we are approved to
BS EN ISO 9001.2015 to ensure our design and build is thoroughly inspected according to our stringent quality control procedures.

Traceability is of utmost importance to CPS Engineering. All material is supplied with full test certs for all aircraft specification materials.

Aviation L Series sheet, bar and rod are usually all ex-stock as are many American Fed Stan AMS-QQ-specs.

Air Craft on Ground

There have been many times when CPS Engineering has had to react to AOG situations. The one stop shop makes lead times in some circumstances a matter of hours. CAD/CAM Technology using our Solidworks Software makes design to manufacture seamless. All electronic formats are accepted including: DXF, IGES, STP and PRO E files.

Finishes and processes can be either to US MIL or FED STAN specifications, or to the British DEF STAN specification.

Many paint specifications are ex-stock, for example; Solar Heat and IRR reflecting.
